West Coast RV Repair, LLC was contacted by the consumer to make the following repairs on their Weekend Warrior travel trailer in which there Xtra Ride extended warranty policy paid for all the repairs less there $deductible and
UPS charges:
Complaint: Customer reports the refrigerator interior light does not work
Repair: Install new switch and bulb holder
Complaint: Customer reports that the refrigerator interior cooling fins freeze over
Repair: Install new door gaskets, new gaskets failed, provide customer with new set of refer doors $value free of charge
Complaint: Customer reports that the freezer builds excessive amounts of ice
Repair: see item number
Complaint: Customer reports there is a water leak under their bathroom sink
Repair: Replace leaking elbow fittings
Complaint: Customer reports two interior wall switches for ceiling lights don't work
Repair: Replace light switches
At the same time of the above repairs the consumer asked West Coast RV Repair, LLC to complete two repairs that the consumer would be paying for directly out of pocket:
Install customer supplied utility lights
Reseal shower and tub enclosure
West Coast RV Repair, LLC completed all repairs, once the repairs were completed the consumer complained that the shower was still leaking, and the refrigerator was still building iceWest Coast RV Repair, LLC made numerous service calls to the consumer's location to inspect the repairs for continued failureDuring this time West Coast RV Repair, LLC never had any dealing with the consumer in person, all dealing were via phone
The last time West Coast RV Repair, LLC was out to the consumer's location was on November 26, 2013, at that time I was met by the consumer's husband Brian Huddleston, he said that his wife was still complaining that the shower was leaking, MrHuddleston was there when I ran water through the shower and it showed NO signs of leakageMrHuddleston went on to tell me that the refrigerator no longer builds ice on cooling fins but freezer builds with ice after a weekMrHuddleston also told me that the new utility lights that I installed leaked water after the first rain
West Coast RV Repair, LLC explained to the customer that I did not manufacture the lights, all I did was screw them into the wall and seal the exterior, if the interior of the light leaked that is a manufacturing defect that the consumer will have to take up with the manufacture, West Coast RV Repair, LLC should not have to reimburse labor because of this failureWest Coast RV Repair, LLC also told MrHuddleston that per the refrigerator manufacture that ice buildup in the freezer is and should be defrosted oftenIt specifically states in owner's manual for the consumer's refrigerator that shows the refrigerator needs to be defrosted every 7-days
Also another reason for the lights leaking is that above the lights the roof has dry rot damage from lack of maintenance on the customer's part
At the present time West Coast RV Repair, LLC would like to issue the customer a full refund for $However because the customer initiated a chargeback through her credit card company, West Coast RV Repair, LLC just can't give her a refundSo, what the customer needs to do is contact her credit card company and initiate what's called a '' Pre- Arbitration'' once she files that with her credit card company, the merchant services for West Coast RV Repair, LLC will release funds for a refund to her credit card, giving her a full refundOnce this happens the customers agrees with West Coast RV Repair, LLC that this matter is closed and final

I do not agree with several items stated in the response however I will accept a full refund posted to my credit cardI have terminated the dispute with my credit card company as of yesterday 2/16/so West Coast RV can process a refund ASAP
