I bought an addtional warranty for my leather recliner. When I spilled peanut butter. They refused to repair the stain that it caused.
They calim it must have been acid to cause this. I would not have acid in my house.
I would like this to be corrected.
Our customer had contacted Servco originally and were denied. We immediately ordered a new seat on May 7th to replace the stained one. Our customer was very pleased with the resolution.

cancel the order and a Refund
We contacted Mr. on Saturday January 11th to confirm that his furniture was arriving on Monday January 14th and will be delivered on Thursday, January 17th.
