We never once said our trucks are sealed, I've attached a copy of the consumer's denial letterThe consumer contends that he requested several times for copies of truck records, however, I don't have any record of thatI don't believe I received an email response after I sent the denial letterOur truck and maintenance records are privileged information and I'm not at liberty to disclose those records to the publicThe material this truck was loaded with was very small and it's extremely unlikely anyone could/would see a single small piece of material fly out of the bedAs I mentioned, when our tire throws road debris it can throw it up high into the air, over the top of the truck boxes and can give the illusion it flew out of the bedThis can happen with all semi-trucks, not just hauling trucksAgain, our trucks are designed to haul material and we keep our loads well below the level mandated by California lawWe take responsibility anytime one of our trucks has a mechanical issue and leaks material that damages vehicles but of course, you wont see those reviews onlineWe've been in business for over years and there are very little negative reviews onlineThe negative reviews we do have are from people that aren't happy with our liability decision
