would take care of that, we back out to the home and noticed that the downspout was heading the correct way heading towards the drain, business went back out again to switch the elbow again and when he went out to the home the drain elbow was attached from the gutter line and it was next to the yard sign, and then the customer filed a complaint, business fixed soffitts for free, installed ventilation for free, work on his porch for free, the customer said that the business destroyed some flowers while working on the home and the business went out to get new flowers for the customer and gave them to the customer, business believes they went above and beyond, business worked and resolved this situation before the customer even filed this complaint. [redacted] stated that he spoke to the husband and he said I didn't file the complaint my wife did and I have to live with her so good luck,
