West Coast Saunas

I purchased a West Coast Sauna and had it shipped to Mauritania in West Africa where I am working Due to moving I have assembled the sauna times and it has been moved on the back of a pickup three times, uncrated I really expected that it would stop working each time, but it continues to work exactly as promised I have read complaints about the sauna not heating, but if I understand the way it works, it does not heat the air, so you have to be inside the sauna for it to "heat" you If you want the air to be hot, you should buy a conventional sauna, but if you want to enjoy the benefits of a sauna without the heated air, this product is great I would definitely recommend this to all my friends and will buy another on when I come back to the States for my home

Review: This sauna has not worked since we received it. We have asked them to repair it , now they do not answer the phone or e-mailsDesired Settlement: we would like them to work with us and send new part. Answer our questions. This sauna coat over 2000.00. We have had it less than a year. Never worked.

Review: I purchased the sauna in Jan. It was fitted 2 days later. Fred could not get the speakers, outside lights or chromo lights to work and say he would send someone the following week. I received no response to my emails. Then delays in confirming a date. Eventually 1 month later he came again to fix the sauna. he could only fix the outside light but not the speakers or Chromo. He said he would be ordering parts and be in touch the next week. I received no contact. I now over a month later have emailed again and no response. I just want the sauna full functioning.Desired Settlement: I want the sauna full functioning- the speakers/ radio working and internal chromo light
