West Coast Shutters installed plantation shutters on almost every window in our home about years ago Before we purchased shutters we toured the factory and were impressed with the quality of construction The installation crew were professionals and took care to be sure we were happy with everything before they left We've had no problems with the shutters until our window cleaners broke one of the louvers recently West Coast had left extra louvers in case something like this happened When I contacted West Coast they sent directions and the parts that I needed to complete the replacement -- at no charge The repair process took about minutes This company is a pleasure to do business with!
I have been looking to replace blinds wilth shutters for years Have been going to home shows and evualating the different offering Finally decided on West coast after having three other estimates I like the fact that the shutters are and the opening and closing mechanism is not visible in the room also, I can open either the bottom top or hole shutter as I wish
