Called and spoke to *** who stated I call the Ontario office at and speak with ***. *** was extremely adamant that I bring an H6 report, stating that is mandatory. One problem: H6 were not given out after 3/20/2019. She continued to tell me she obtained one a few days earlier (impossible to obtain something that is no longer being given out.
I called 323 265 2002 to get more information about the company that I would be potentially hiring for. The female gave me the number of and she stated that is the company that I would be working for delivery live mice. However the number she gave me was for the temp agency that I had left earlier that day. There is no job. This company strictly is fishing for people's personal information such as SSN, DL#, Birthdates, addresses.

I am writing in response to the complaint filed by ***.
I have attached the details of the incident that occurred on March
12th and 13th, 2020.
I have also attached copies of the following documents:
A. Text messages sent back and forth, between *** and myself.
B. Email between *** (our salesperson and our prospective client).
C. Statement from *** from our Ontario office who took his
application.
It is not our intention to steal anyone's documents, and/or stress anyone
out. We are in the staffing business, we help employees obtain jobs with
our clients. In the hiring process we have to request certain information
from our applicants which is kept confidential, and verify that information
for our clients for placement purposes.
I hope that the information provided will help clarify this incident, but
if you need anything else, feel free to contact me. We will await for a
response from you, and hope that this matter is resolved.
