WE ARE RESPONDING TO ID OF 12194818, THIS IS DONALD THE MANAGER OF WEST COAST TIRE AND AUTO CENTER, THE CUSTOMER THAT FILED THE COMPLAINT AGAINST US BROUGHT IN A QUOTE FROM ANOTHER PLACE OF BUSINESS AND REQUESTED WITH US TO DO THE REPAIRS LISTED IN THE QUOTE THAT THEY BROUGHT IN, WE NEVER PERFORMED
A DIAGNOSTICS ON THIS CAR,THEY NEVER REQUESTED ITTHEY JUST WANTED THE REPAIRS LISTED IN THE QUOTE PERFORMEDSO THERE IS NO WAY WE WOULD OF EVER KNOWN THAT THE VEHICLE HAD ANY OTHER PROBLEMS , WE NOTICED WHEN WE WERE PERFORMING THE REPAIRS THAT THE CAR HAD A BAD WATER LEAK COMING FROM THE RADIATOR, WE RECOMMENDED TO REPLACE IT AND THE CUSTOMER APPROVED

of the wheels, and signed the paperwork. He went to the manufacture place and picked up the wheels as a carry out. Later on he decided to modify the truck and lower it which caused the wheels not to fit to his liking. We tested the wheels with him and they looked fine when he visited our shop. The problem is in the way he wanted to lower the truck not in the wheels we ordered. thanks

His response is a total lie, I signed the work order that says they ordered the wheels. That work order had nothing to do with me other than authorizing raceline to build the wheels. My vehicle has had this complete custom air suspension for 2 years already, I have evidence and pictures of that. So the owner is lying about me making any sort of changes at all, to the suspension system. The only reason I ordered custom wheels was to have them measure everything in the vehicle to build the wheels around the measurements. His employee Donald was the person taking the measurements, who knows about the air suspension systems. If they didnt know how to measure, they could have turned down my buisness or turned me to another buisness.
I went to raceline to pick up the wheels only because it cut down the price in the wheels buy $100.00 per wheel. Also, once I got the run around from the owner I called raceline personally and informed them of what was going on.
I will see them in court. Thanks

CUSTOMER CAME IN AND ORDERED WHEELS AND TIRES FOR HIS TRUCK, WE ORDERED THE WHEELS FROM THE WHEEL MANUFACTURER FOR HIS MAKE AND MODEL TRUCK. WHEN THE WHEELS CAME IN THE CUSTOMER CAME IN TO HAVE THEM INSTALLED AND WE NOTICED THE CAPS DIDN'T FIT SO WE CONTACTED THE WHEEL MANUFACTURER AND THEY SENT US...

THE SPACERS FOR THE CAPS FIT CORRECTLY, SO WE HAD THE CUSTOMER COME IN SO WE COULD INSTALL THE CAPS AT THAT TIME WE DISCOVERED THAT THE SPACERS WERE THE WRONG ONES SO WE HAD TO RE ORDER ANOTHER SET. WHEN THOSE CAME IN THE CUSTOMER DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO WAIT FOR US TO INSTALL THEM SO HE JUST TOOK THE CAPS AND SPACERS AND SAID HE WOULD INSTALL THEM HIMSELF SO WE HAVE NO CLUE IF THE FIT OR NOT. ALSO WE PERFORMED AN ALIGNMENT WHEN THE WHEEL AND TIRES WERE INSTALLED AND BUT THIS MAKE AND MODEL OF TRUCK DOESN'T HAVE CAMBER ADJUSTMENT HIS TRUCK REQUIRES AFTER MARKET BALL JOINTS TO CORRECT THE CAMBER ISSUE. CUSTOMER SAID HE WOULD INSTALL THE AFTER MARKET PARTS AND RETURN FOR A FREE ALIGNMENT. WE HAVE ALL THE INVOICES WERE THIS INFO WAS STATED AND THE CUSTOMER SIGNED THEM.   THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME [redacted] STORE MANAGER

I am rejecting this response because:
The paper from Jiffy Lube was not an quote. It was telling what was wrong with the car. We told them to find out what was wrong with our car. Donald said that we did not ask for diagnostics on the car so they did not give one. But they did a diagnostics on our car and charge us $114.18. We did not sign any invoice for them to work on the car. They said after during $2017.00 work that the car was fix, they lie and what we want is our car fix like we ask when we put our car in the shop.[redacted] and [redacted]
