On October 14, Mr*** contracted with American Residential Services LLC D/B/A ARS/Rescue Rooter ("ARS") to provide the routine maintenance at the property located at *** *** ***, Carlsbad, CA ***We encourage all consumers to have a Home Service Plan which provides two visits annually to perform the routine maintenance on their equipmentAdditionally, a discount on any other work we perform is available along with many other benefits provided by our Home Service Plan
ARS prides itself on providing premier customer serviceNevertheless, we realize consumers have choices in a competitive marketplace, and feel that our quality service guarantees, people, and products set us apart from our competitionAlthough Mr***'s request was processed prior to us receiving the Complaint, we have confirmed Mr***'s satisfaction with the resolution via his written response to ARS
