My family and I stayed at this hotel for two nights and purchased the package that included the train ride to the Grand Canyon and dinner at their restaurant. The room was very clean (no bed bugs!) and I really appreciated the full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap in the bathroom, as opposed to the small ones at other hotels. The indoor pool was lots of fun for the kids, but rather small considering the size of the hotel. It was hard to find a chair around the pool. The train ride was great in the desert view car but the Pullman car was horrible! It was intensely hot and no AC! The food at the buffet was good, but pricey considering the food options. Overall we had loads of fun but next time we'll be taking our own car because the train ride is very slow and takes up a lot of time if you're only visiting for a day. Mostly all employees were friendly and cordial, but the lady who passed out the photographs taken on the train was very rude.

I booked a three night stay/trip with the Grand Canyon Railway CompanyMy trip included three nights of hotel stays, two in Williams, AZ at the GCR Inn and one night in the Grand CanyonMy package included Two breakfasts and two dinners as well as the train to and from the canyon, as well as a bus tour All items in my package were paid for in full and in advance The total cost of my trip was $On the second day of my trip, the GCR Company charged my credit card for $ I was puzzled because I knew there was absolutely nothing left for them to charge me forEverything had been paid ahead of timeWhen I called them, I was told it was a preauthorization I asked for what and they said they didn't know Thankfully, I keep a large balance on my credit card, or this would have been recasting to me and my family My contract does not state that they are allowed to preauthorize and charges except upon check in for incidentals Since I have not checked in for my last n

We purchased FIRST CLASS train tickets to Grand Canyon for July and Unfortunately, it was a terrible experienceThere were children running up and down the aisles in the train car the entire trip and often blocking the aisleThere was a nice food tray of cheese, crackers, and vegetables but when we went to make a plate, there were children at the table putting their hands directly into the food instead of using the tongsI spoke to the "guide" in our car but he didnt seem to take it seriouslyI also spoke to one of the parents but they continued to let their children go to the food table and put their hands into the foodObviously the food was contaminated with germs so we could not have anyAt one point, our "guide" was playing with the children and chasing them up and down the aisle! We purchased first class tickets to relax and enjoy the train ride, food, and service but it was a terrible experienceWe thought we would be treated as special passengersEven my son said

Review: On 3/14/14,I went to West Coast on Roseville rd. in Sacramento, I brought my Buick,Rendezvous there to have the transmission replaced. The total cost was $1800, the guy who handles this service, I forget his name. He told me he wouldn't fix or touch the vehicle until I gave him at least $800 down towards the total cost. I gave him $500 on 3/14/14. At the time of signing, he didn't inform my husband and I, that if the vehicle is there for a certain amount of time, while awaiting more payments, that he would fix it, and have it towed or sell to a yard, without my consent and full payment or at least the $800 down. The day my husband went there to give the $300 to make it a total of $800 so the guy could at least start on the car, they told him that the car was no longer there, and that the guy fixed it and towed it to a yard. They said, they tried calling my husband, and that his phone was disconnected. I can prove his phone was not disconnected in that period of time. I almost lost my job, due to no transportation, it caused me a lot of hardship. We tried calling them a few times, and would not give us any clear answers, the operator would only take my messages, and promised to get a call back and never did. I gave up for a while before doing something about this issue because I had to come up with another car so I can keep my job, and had very little time to take actions sooner. I don't know what else to do about this issue.Desired Settlement: I would either want my vehicle back, or $1500, That would include the price of the vehicle and the down payment I never got back.

To Whom It May Concern,

Review: I would like to report this issue I'm still having in my car after it's been repaired three ( 3 )different times at the same transmission shop. My car 2003 [redacted] was worked on, invoice dated 11/26/2012 for replacing a remanufactured Transmission by company called West Coast Transmission for the total cost of labor and parts of $3277.60. With in a month I was having a shudder vibration sound coming from transmission. I took my car back to the shop on, invoice dated 12/14/12 to have them diagnose the problem while it was still under warranty. Well, they said they couldn't find anything with the transmission and my car most likely have spark plugs and wires issues. They apparently documented on the invoice that it was a misfire. I'm not a professional mechanic but I do work on cars and have that much of sense and knowledge to tell if it's a misfire. Let me highlight this, my car was tuned up with spark plug and wires 6 months prior to taking it to the shop invoice dated 11/26/2012. So just to get me a piece of mind I took my car back to my mechanic to have it diagnose it if it's really a misfire. He chuckled and said he could hear it on idle if it was misfiring. But he diagnosed it anyway and couldn't find anything wrong with my engine or any of ignition problems what the transmission shop described. He clearly documented in the invoice that it wasn't a misfire at all. But again I asked him to replace new spark plugs and wires anyway which he did at the cost of $226.37 invoice dated 12/22/12. So I took my car back to West Coast Transmission and showed them my mechanic's invoice he worked on that it wasn't a misfire. Their response was oh. really it was oh. So one of their technician test drove it while I was waiting there. He couldn't find any issues but they told me just drive the car there's nothing wrong with it. So unfortunately, I drove my car home with devastation and disappointment. -CONTINUED ON ADDITIONAL DETAILS WITH WORD ATTACHMENT!Desired Settlement: I kindly request to have my vehicle fixed ( properly ) this time with zero cost and along with extended warranty since it wasn't fixed right at the first time or the second time nor the third time . If they cannot come my agreement then I would like to get total refund from West Coast Transmission. There were two separate invoices, one in amount of $3277.60 and the other one is $500.00. So the total comes to $3777.60 all together. -CONTINUED ON ADDITIONAL DETAILS WITH WORD ATTACHMENT!

Review: the companys website says they offer free diagnostic and I went in and they said its actually 98 dollars I think they are saying this to get people in the doorDesired Settlement: I want them to honor what they offer
