Terrible experience...gave very misleading and incorrect informationWe spent a large amount of time checking out movers for our out of state move and had many phone and email conversations with their staff detailing our exact items to be moved....we were given a written estimate of $4100...on the day of our move a completely different company arrives to move us...we had to leave that day...we were told everything was totally underestimated, and ended having no choice but to pay over $10,000...we were furious but had no choice but to payDo not use the services of West Coast Van Lines...on top of this the company that did the actual move 'Run Van Lines' damaged many expensive items and we've had to file a claim against them
