Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:We have a signed changed order from West Coast Vinyl for the changes to the deck. We are entitled to the benefit of our bargain, not to a return of $2000. We want what WCV contracted to do or we want the amount of money it will cost to complete all work abandoned by WCV. WCV’s “offer” is to get out of a contract they no longer want to be obligated to. WCV also offers to “fix” damage they caused to the sheet rock. But they won’t texture and paint, so, it appears, they are offering to streak our walls with spackle or patches. Fixing damage must include returning the walls to their condition before the damage, which includes texture and paintWe reject WCV’s “offer”.Sincerely,*** *** ***

Our accounts payable person was in the hospital for over weeks at this time. He was the only one that had access to paying these billsWe have slow on paying our bills to *** roofing supply. We are in the process of paying those outstanding bills and getting *** job
paied off and a lien release for ms ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:There is a reply on file from the business, West Coast Vinyl which is blank.WCV are still not answering our returning any of our calls since May
20th, despite attempted negotiations to resolve this so I'm not surprised it's blank.Every time we do call we get a different excuse from Laura or someone answering the phone with new information that is inconsistent.(Al works in another building... Al works in the field and cannot take calls... Jamie K*** is on the other line) Noone is calling back from extensive voice messages. As communicated with Al, this Revdex.com complaint will not be closed until I have a signed and agreed upon resolution or refund check in hand. Our previously sent resolution request is on file, which is still outstanding - awaiting to be agreed upon. I am also including their unacceptable offer letter from AL/attempt at resolution. This was already sent to Laura H*** at their office to share with Al D*** as this is the email chain they provided. (***@westcoastvinyl.com)Apparently, she didn't feel it was important enough to confirm receipt and delivery of the revision to Al.As I said originally - they have our money so they are not offering much in terms of customers service and/or resolve.Sincerely,*** *** *** and *** ***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  This has not been resolved yet.  The payment has NOT been made and it has been over seven months since West Coast Vinyl was paid by us.  AFTER the overdue monies are paid and AFTER we receive a release on our lean, THEN we will talk resolution.  That is how this whole ordeal started, we trusted West Coast Vinyl to pay for materials from the money we gave them and they did not.  Trust them now.....NO......we've learned our lesson with this company.    West Coast Vinyl needs to show some integrity and stop stealing from their customers.Sincerely,[redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution will be is satisfactory to me once the windows are received and installed. Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]We are rejecting this response because:  Final payment was made to West Coast Vinyl on December 23, 2014 in good faith.  [redacted] Roofing Supply STILL HAS NOT BEEN PAID.  This has been over four months.  We are sympathetic to someone being sick for an extended period, but this does not excuse a Company from paying legitimate debts.  We contracted in good faith, and paid in full in good faith.  When I called Jamie  K[redacted] on March 5, 2015, he explained about the sick employee, told me there was another customer in the same circumstances, but assured me the check for the materials had now been mailed.  This turned out to be a lie, the money has never been sent.  If and when we get notice of the lien being removed, then we will  accept the response from West Coast Vinyl.  Four months after payment from a responsible customer and not paying your material supplier is nothing but bad business.  Then on top of that to have a lien placed on our home, being lied to, and unreturned phone calls regarding the lien is unacceptable.   Sincerely, [redacted]
