We have spoken with Ms***Ms [redacted] purchased a Service Loaner from our fleet When we sold her the car her paperwork states that it was a Demo and it had a title, not an MSO(Copies of car invoice and title attached) We do not show any cash deposit on her vehicle She has driven the vehicle for year, months and has put 27,XXX miles on it We did express to her that if she would like to trade out of the vehicle he would assist with that

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The so called "Demo" was not disclosed to me, the dealership still has not yet contacted me to do this trade out of vehicle, the forgery that was committed on the disclosure form, my contract marked in the "New" box, and the overall lack of professionalism from this dealership.Enclosed are: the forged document, my contract marked new, and my signature at the bottom of the contract to show the difference in the signature against the forged document Sincerely, [redacted]

negotiated price was the price they agreed to. When the salesmen wrote it up with the agreed price after he left he wrote down the wrong car & within a half hour we told him we made a mistake & asked him to come back to get his deposit back and he would never come back. He finally came back on the 14th and we refunded the $1000 deposit.

Ms. [redacted] contacted us wanting to cancel her warranty. We received the form to sign from Premier Dealer Services on August 5th. We returned it with a signature same day. Premier issued a check on August 13th which we received on August 19th....

We wait 5 days for the check to clear then issue a check to the customer. Check [redacted] was printed on August 24th (see attached). We mailed this check to her. We resubmitted the BMW warranty cancellation on her behalf on August 13th and are still waiting for the refund check to be issued to us. When we receive this check we will issue her a check. By law we have 45 days from inception of the request (with all proper documentation) to issue the refund to the customer. At this point we are well within 30 days of the request.
