I made an appointment to meet with a Dr. *** to look at some dry skin issues. Aside from doing a poor job during the examination I asked him to "look at" a wart on the bottom of my foot. While looking he grabbed a bottle of nitrogen and blasted a spray on the spot saying that this will probably not do anything but it is worth a shot. When I was leaving the receptionist said she would bill the insurance company for the procedure. I explained that for one I never agreed to pay for that service. She said no big deal that they would try to bill the insurance company and if they got push back they would just waive the fee. I explained that she shouldn't do that because it doesn't sound legal and that I didn't want to end up with the bill. Of course she still pursued the route of fraud and I received the bill. Granted we are only talking about a couple hundred dollars, but when I called to discuss the situation with the business they avoided helping me and redirected me to call a number which no one ever calls me back.

Mr. Concern #1:
Mr. made an appointment to meet with Dr. *** to look at some dry skin issues. Aside from doing a poor job during the examination, Mr. asked Dr. *** to "look at" a war on the bottom of his foot. While looking, Dr. *** grabbed a bottle of nitrogen and blasted a spray on the spot saying that this will probably not do anything but it is worth a shot. When Mr. was leaing the receptionist said she would bill the insurance company for the procedure. Mr. explained that he never agreed to pay for that service. She said no big deal that they would try to bill the insurance company and if they got push back they would just waive the fee. Mr. explained that she shouldn't do that because it doesn't sound legal and that he didn't want to end up with the bill. Of course she pursued the route of fraud and Mr. received a bill. Granted we are only talking about a couple hundred dollars, but when Mr. called to discuss the situation with the business they avoided helping him and redirected Mr. to call a number which no one ever calls him back.
