Upon making appointment I was asked about insurance, which I providedAt the time of the appointment I provided proof of insuranceme and my daughters waited at the lobby for quite some time while they verified insuranceI was told everything checked, and had rays, teeth cleanI week later I had another appointmentAfter my appointment was done, the office told me they didn't take our insuranceDuring the first appointments ( my daughters' appointments) my wife was told, that since we hadn't had services that year, the insurance company had verified and said we were ok to have annual dental work done, moreover, the business office should have no waited until my appointment was done a week later to let me know, they didn't take our insurance
I feel deceived, and lied aboutNot only that we were asked for insurance a week before the appointment, at the time of the appointment but also waited to tell me about insurance issues a week later after another appointment, not even ri
