Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:The way we were treated while being tenants that always paid rent on time or in advance. We always made sure all maintenance issues were sent to the rental office. We had to make a decision to break the lease because of the carpet worms that were still present when we moved Had it been sprayed again, as the boardwalk employee suggested be done, maybe the issue could have been fixed But we never heard back about this We spoke to the same girls that inspected the carpet and told them that nothing had happened and the worms were still there in the carpet, our clothing and storage boxes in the storage room They said they would pass the message on and recommend a carpet replacement We never heard back about that conversation or about respraying the carpet. It seemed that they were ignoring us hoping we would just forget about it and carry on like nothing happened That did not happen as we wanted to have a clean and safe bug free apartment
Sincerely,
*** And *** ***
