West Education Group

I contacted West Education Group for a Work/Study program in May 2017, after they provided me all the information of the program we signed a contract on 2 June 2017, I made the payment of $1,500 CAD for the cost of the program via ttps://***.com/store/westedu/, after I made the payment, we agreed they would get in touch with me for further assistance on the program which they never did.
I contacted them several times to have more information on the program since the deadline was coming close and they never provided with information.
I was supposed to start the program in September 2018.
After deadline passed I got in touch with them asking for a refund for a service they never provided. *** which was in charge of my program made me fill a refund form on September 2018 for $1,350 stating that $150 were used for taxes and fees which was not stated in the contract but since I wanted my money back I filled out the form with my bank account details, agreeing those fees.
Two months passed and I didn't receive a response from no one. I contacted West through their number +X XXX XXX XXXX on November 2018 and they stated refund was in process, they asked me to wait until the end of the month for the refund to process so I waited to the end of the month to confirm.
On 4th December 2018 I contacted them again to let them refund wasn't processed to my bank account. they told me the Accounting Department made the refund on 26th November 2018 and they only showed me a picture of their online banking with the amount of $1,350, my bank's *** code and my account number. I asked them for a reference code number or a confirmation number which they never provided me.
In January 2019 still refund wasn't processed into my bank account so I went to my bank's branch to ask them about the international wire transfer, my bank stated that they didn't receive any international wire transfer and they showed me my bank account movements detail to prove it.
I contacted once again *** and he stated he would get in touch with *** Canada which is the bank West Education group has its account in. He stated *** was asking for a letter from my bank stating they didn't receive the transfer so I went to my bank's branch again and explained them the situation, they stated they could not provide me with a letter but they could provide me with my account statements and the movements detail to prove refund wasn't processed, so I let *** know about this and he stated letter was not necessary and he would get in touch with the bank to provide more information on the refund.
While *** was supposedly checking with *** about the refund, I contacted *** Canada directly to expose my case and they stated West Education Group should gave me a reference number/authorization number to track the transaction and they could also check the transaction themselves by calling *** so I contacted both *** and West Education group directly to ask them about this number and I still haven't heard from them.
I tried to contact them several times through email, *** and even called a number that I saw posted in West Education Group's *** (+X XXX XXX XXXX) but they still don't give a concrete response on either where my money is or the transaction number.

They were really helpful with me and my family to come to Canada. Really fast and clear on their services!
