[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I am rejecting the owner’s offer because I feel he didn’t Fulfill his duty as a dealership to sell a car that was safe to drive he should have been aware of the damage to the vehicle before it was put on the lot to sellI wonder how he would feel if I had gotten into a accident because of the unknown damage to the vehicle because he chose not to get it car completely checked and repaired before he put in on the lotI think this is a matter for the court

consumer will also need to obtain full coverage auto insurance if she gets approved for a bank loan.
