We are writing in response to the complaint filed by Nelijia Nicole Grovell, on October 13, On January 16, MsGrovell purchased a *** ***MsGrovell requested a bi-weekly pay schedule of $After her down payment and tax/tag money was paid at the time of
purchase/contract, her balance on the vehicle was $The following payments were made before MsGrovell went into default.$2/2/15, $2/16/15, $3/3/15, $3/17/15, $4/13/15, $5/8/15As listed above, her last payments were not made in the bi-weekly agreement that was agreed uponHer payments were officially in default as of 5/22/Our collections department made several attempts to contact MsGrovell to which she would not answer her phoneSeveral voicemail messages were left for MsGrovell, none of which, were returnedWe attempted to reach her through an unlisted phoneWhen she answered, we identified ourselves and the reason we were calling, at which point she hung upSeveral attempts were made to locate the vehicleThe vehicle was finally located and repossessed on September 29, At that point, MsGrovell made contact with our office and offered to pay her back paymentsWe then informed her of our company policy which is stated on the back of her contract, in addition to it being explained verbally, at the time of purchaseSection 14a is stated as follows, ACCELERATION: we can demand that you pay us the entire unpaid balance owing on the Contract and all unpaid Finance Charges and other money dueBy signing this contract, you agree that you will pay this money to us in one single payment immediately upon receiving our demandSection 15a states, you will not have the right to reinstate this contractThis means you will have to pay the total time balance on the Contract and any other amounts dueYou cannot get the vehicle back bu paying delinquent installments.We have enclosed a blank contract that we use for our customers financing vehicleswe have also enclosed a copy of MsGrovell's payment register.Please contact our office, on ###-###-####, should you require any additional information.Best Regards,Kevin EL***
