Review: We paid $945 for daycare for our child for the month of March. The owner closed the business with an hours notice on the 3rd of March and has not refunded our money. We have asked via text message and Facebook message. The owner responded one time, almost 8 days ago, and said a check would be sent, but we haven't received it yet.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $945, minus a day and a half of care that WAS provided in March, or contact from the owner that she has a payment plan to return our money as soon as she is able.
Review: I made a payment of $950 on March 3 for monthly day care tuition. The following day I was notified by text message that the center was closing and that I would receive a refund for the tuition I paid. I have contacted the director of the center several times regarding the refund but have never received a response.Desired Settlement: Receive $950.00 tuition refund.
