garage door and are glad to report that a new garage door will be installed this Monday. However, we sincerely apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience you experienced due to this issue. In regards to your concerns on safety, it is important for our team to mention (as stated in the lease agreement) that we cannot guarantee any person's safety or security. Rather, our goal is to take every action possible to ensure our residents, including yourself, are as comfortable as possible while living here.
