Mother (senior citizen) was verbally abused by owner, after complaint with food that had been overlooked immensely
On 2/23/my mother and I went to Parkette Drive in around 7:30pmWe ordered $worth of foodFried chicken, shrimp, etcafter waiting min for order, we got the food, drove home and noticed a horrible smell coming from the boxesIt was inedibleThe food had been severely burntI called the next morning to complain to the manager in hopes of resolving this issueShe advised me to bring all the food back in and they would determine if they would recook the chickenWe brought the food back in on 2/24/and were greeted by the owner who was a lady, and were treated very disrespectfullyShe absolutely had NO customer service skillsShe became very aggressive and defensive over our complaintThey should not be allowed to treat customers so badly
