Review: On February 4th, 2015, I purchased a couples standard dance wedding package from this business through there website for $249. I recieved payment confirmation showing I was billed twice for a total of $498. Within a couple days(February 9th) I received a email from this company saying they would have to give me a cash or check refund. Which I never received after emailed them requesting that it be mailed to me. On march 2nd I spoke to [redacted] who claimed he never saw my follow up email and that he would issue me credit on our first dance lesson. During the conversation [redacted] was unable to commit to a date and asked me to email him with days that worked to begin our lessons to confirm. I never heard back from [redacted] after I resent the initial email from February 9th on March 3rd requesting my refund be mailed and dates and times we wanted to work with.Once again I never received a response. Today I called and spoke to [redacted] again on the phone and told him he would have to issue us a full refund for the amount of $498 because due to the poor customer service we were recieving and we were not going to be using his business any longer. [redacted] was not apologetic for the inconvienence and said he would have to mail it when I requested to come up there for my refund. He confirmed my address and then hung up on me with a simple "ok".Desired Settlement: Full refund for the amount paid of $498. I have emails and reciepts from all transactions with this business.
