exterior makeover of her dwelling, which is a two story steep pitched homePreviously unmentioned from ms*** as well, is that West End Services worked for months to get proper funding from Ms***'s insurance companyThis was accomplished, and after a long process, and many meetings with the customer, we decided to put off the project until this springWe recived a check from Ms*** on March 31, for the sum of $15,dollars as a down payment on the entire project cost of $39,At this time materials, which were of the special order variety were orderedAs many know, the weather this spring has not been very cooperative for large projects such as thisAt times I was in contact with Ms*** and she was understandingThe last conbversation I had with the customer was that of her request to have a refund, and another contractor complete the jobSo after clearing that all materials could be returned to suppliers, without charges to either West End Services, or the customer, I returned a check to Ms*** in the amount of $15,which as of today, May has been cleared throough my business accountWith no charges for any of the valuable time spent on the handling of her insurance claim process, or the many man hours taken to prepare documents, estimates, material research, or just plain legwork for the customerWe wished Ms *** the best of luck with her project and have moved forward
