Hello,To whom it may concern:This is a response to case number [redacted]. If you read the complaint it states that we have sold her equipment and she said she had received no warning. This is simply untrue. At our store there are two pieces of paper, they're both the same form. One is a white sheet...

for our records, the second is a tear-off yellow sheet that every customer takes home. On top of both papers there is a paragraph that states if the equipment is not picked up within two weeks then it will be sold. This person waited for two and a half to three months to come pick her equipment up therefore it was sold, as the rules state. The statement of "he sells 30 a day" is not only untrue but also ridiculous because if that was the case I'd be a millionaire by now, not even home depot sells that many a day. Outlandish comments like this strongly discredit the complaint filer. To date, in the last 10 years, only three pieces of equipment have been sold and all for the same reason. A lot of the complaint is embellishment for dramatic effect and nothing less. Fact of the matter is the tear-off sheet states two weeks, person did not come in two weeks even after we called her like we have every customer for 10 years (even if we dont call we always say "come back in two weeks", on top of it being written on the top of the form every customer recieves) she simply said ok and never came, showed up 2.5 - three months later and asked where it was. Last time I checked this is a privately owned business and not your personal storage shed. The business is not at fault. This person is simply trying to find someone to blame for her own negligence. No further explanation is needed. Thank You

Review: I took my $650.00 lawn mower to this place on May 26, 2015 for a repair. I went to pick it up on 7/24/2015 and the owner told me that he had sold my equipment a few weeks earlier because I did not pick it up when he called. I had nor record of his call and I got a list from Verizon my cell provider and there is no record of his call after I spoke with him on June. He says that he sells more than thirty pieces of equipment a day because clients don't pick up on time after his call. My lawn mower was in his place exactly two months and he did not fixed the mower until the middle of July. (When I called in June he told me that he needed two more weeks because it was not ready). He never called me after he fixed it up. On July 26 he told me he had already sold my equipment for $75. because I did not pick up when he called. The man is fixing and selling property of his clients with no authorization or even a call to say please come and get your equipment. He had no records of sales, names of people who purchased the equipment, no way for me to retrieve my mower. I do not believe he gave it away for $75. and off course he keeps no records so no body can search and found the products he illegally sells. I'm sure part of the deal is that this way he does not have to give exact prices or if he is paying taxes in this income he's getting by stealing equipment. Can you help in any way?Desired Settlement: I want my lawn mower back or restitution for my product. I also would like him to be investigated because by his own admission, he constantly sells equipment without authorization from owners or discussing the situation with them before he takes action. He is literally STEALING from clients and the government (by not reporting this hush income and he is getting away with it.
