Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: THIS WAS NEVER PICKED UP!!!!!!! I'm insulted WE would ever insinuate this!! If they were picked up, someone would have signed for them!!!I have original tickets! No place on these tickets does it say, if not picked up by a certain date and time, West Essex will not be responsible I was in numerous times through the years, without tickets, to pick up braceletsThey were not able to find them each and every timeI was thrilled when I found tickets...figuring now they would be able to find my bracelets.West Essex response to not being able to find my bracelets was a shrug of the shoulders I called an attorney to get adviceI was encouraged to hold them responsibleI was told they are responsible! THIS IS THE FIRST EMAIL I HAVE RECEIVED ABOUT THISI KNOW THE CUSTOMER AND WHAT THE CUSTOMER IS LOOKING FORHOWEVER, THIS REPAIR SHE IS LOOKING FOR IS FROM PLUS YEARS AGO WHICH SHE IS FAILING TO TELL YOU ABOUTJUST BECAUSE SHE HAS THE CLAIM TICKET DOES NOT MEAN SHE DIDNT PICK IT UP IN THAT
TIME SINCE AND HAS FORGOTTEN ABOUT OR LOST IT HERSELFWE HAVE DONE OUR DUE DILLIGENCE IN LOOKING FOR THESE ITEMSAND WE ARE UPSET FOR THE CUSTOMERHOWEVER AFER PLUS YEARS, MY HANDS ARE SOMEWHAT TIEDANYONE CAN HOLD ONTO A REPAIR TICKET AND COME IN AND CLAIM THEY HAVE NOT PICKED UP THEIR ITEMI HAVE REPAIRS THAT ARE OLDER AND MORE VALUABLE HERE THAT I WISH PEOPLE WOULD PICK UPAND IF I HAD HER ITEMS, I WOULD BE HAPPY TO GIVE THEM TO HER AND CLAIM THE MONEY FOR THE COST OF THE REPAIR THAT WE WERE OWEDIN THIS CASE, I THINK THE CUSTOMER OR A CLOSE RELATIVE HAS PICKED UP THEIR ITEMS AND HAS FORGOTTEN AS SUCH AND SINCE MISPLACED THEMNOTHING GETS THROWN OUT OR LOSTWE HAVE SECURITY MEASURES IN PLACE FOR SUCH INSTANCESBUT AFTER PLUS YEARS, I JUST CANT VERIFY THAT, BECAUSE AFTER YEARS, CUSTOMER RECORDS HAVE BEEN DESTROYEDTHANK YOU, *** ***
