Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: All the comments made are not trueMy son never said it felt brand new. I did not call them in Aug, the first timeI called the middle of July which was about 1/months after purchaseI was not told at purchase time that there was a time limit on comfortKaren at WHarvard Furn informed me that my comfort was not their concernIf this is true , then why do they sell chairs to sit in? The chair is defectiveI need it replaced with another chair or a refundI cannot use it like it isSincerely,*** ***

Ms*** purchased a recliner from us in February, she called the first part of August with a concernAugust 5th my technician inspected her recliner and her concern was with the seat core. As a courtesy we replaced the seat core on August 27th, upon returning the recliner Ms***
son was visiting and agreed there was nothing wrong and it felt brand new. A few weeks later Ms*** calls with the same concern and again my technician inspects and informs her nothing is wrong. September 14th Ms*** paid me a visit that she is still having problems. I included my technician in this conversation and he told her he inspected everything and there is nothing wrong. We went ahead and made an appointment for the 17th and she was not home. Replaced seat core was inspected by both my technician and manufacturer representative and there was no failure in seat core. I believe the problem is a comfort issue and that's why we have a day comfort exchange. Karen

We keep logs on all customer service issues, which I would be happy to supply.  Our comfort exchange policy is stated on our invoices that are signed by the customer.  Ms. [redacted] concerns can be addressed with [redacted] since she feels she has a defective recliner.  I can supply her with an address and phone number of their customer service department.  Karen
