Dr. [redacted] is very unprofessional! I was shocked by how unprofessional Dr. [redacted] and her office were on my very first experience there. I waited for over an hour without any communication (until I asked) about the delay and when I commented about the lack of communication, Dr. [redacted] seemed to take it personally and became very defensive, insulting and unprofessional, culminating in actually refusing to provide treatment despite the fact that I was ready to move on with the appointment with her. I have never seen such unprofessional conduct and as a person working in a the medical field and have never been treated this way in any other doctor's office. Beware. She has a very elitist attitude.
