Well, I filed complaint with the Revdex.com and NYS ATTY Gen and the NYS DMV because within hours of ownership three different reputable shops couldnt believe it legitimately passed NYS inspection
Was offerred a "Vehicle swap out" and I (wrongly) assumed this meant they would take this one back and get me into a similar one, Well, of course they set it up for me to BUY a NEW vehicle trading the lemon in, and of course they werent giving me nearly what I paid for the week owned vehicle as a trade, effectively tacking on the remainder of the loan on the lemon, to a new used vehicle loan Which NO ONE will approve,
Was told they were going to try ALLY as financing as it was a sure thing
Well TWENTY EIGHT REDUNDANT CREDIT INQUIRIES LATERof course no finance co in their right mind would touch it
So they stuck me with a lemon, destroyed my credit, and emptied my wallet out of 4-months of payments in the first week
The Revdex.com has been more than helpful BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE USED OUTLET Most of the vehicles have Horrific CarFax reports, and they are worth MUCH less than retail, and in years of payments you may still owe 4-times what the vehicle is worth
I cant blame anyone for the vehicle being a problem, what I can blame is the shady way they went about trying to absolve themselves of financial responsibility to fix it
I send people there constantly, so dont judge my experience as an end all be all, but if you buy a VALUE vehicle, its gonna be darn near scrap at retail price
The service department at the Chrysler store is HORRIBLE! Because I'm not a man, they treat me like crap and don't think I know anything well hello I drive the things everyday I know what's "normal". I can't wait to get rid of this vehicle (that I do love) so I never have to deal with this male chauvinistic pig of a service department again
