are sorry for the troubles that *** *** is having with his vehicle. The Cadillac CTS was purchased on
January 3, with 75,miles. The
vehicle was delivered to our East Aurora Dealership on a flatbed with 78,
miles on March 3, In order to determine
proper engine compression, the top end and intake portion of the motor needed
to be removed. At that point it was
determined that a complete engine replacement was necessary. The vehicle is covered under New York State
Lemon Law warranty for days or 3,miles whichever comes first. Under New York State Lemon Law we are not
obligated to assist once one of these events occur. However, in the spirit of customer
satisfaction and in an effort to assist our customer we are installing an engine
with a year/100,mile warranty for
a cost of $to *** ***. The
total cost of this repair is $7,344, of which *** *** is paying $6,494. *** *** has accepted our offer
and is satisfied with our resolution

We ordered the door panel for Ms*** and sent it to *** Cadillac at her request for installation. Unfortunately the panel was defective and another one has been reordered. In the spirit of customer satisfaction, we gave her a check for $and a gas card for the inconvenience
