Dear [redacted] , An error was made in when [redacted] purchased her vehicle (the error involved a woman with the same name, same age and from the same town looking to buy a car from us at the same time)We are very sorry that it happened, and once we were made aware of the mistake in September of 2014, we took immediate action to correct itIt was our understanding that everything was resolved in November of 2014, and we had not heard differently from the two parties involved until now [redacted] is coming in on Thursday (3/12) at 7:00pm to meet with the General Manager to discuss any outstanding issuesIf it is discovered that the situation is not resolved, we will work with [redacted] to resolve the matterI will follow up after the meeting Sincerely, [redacted] Assistant to [redacted] , President West Herr Automotive Group
