I came to West Hill after reading many good reviews and being recommended by a co-workerI have a 50th Anniversary 300zxThis car means a lot to me and I was trying to get it partially restoredI wanted a shop that had a lot of experienceI wish I had never come hereI talked to John and he made me feel like they knew what they were doingHe spoke of doing things right and wellInitially I had them re-seal rear quarter windows, tail lights, and side markersI also had them repair rust in trunk and under rear bumperFirst they were unable to properly get my windows in rightThey scratched the tint very badly on one sideHe kept saying over and over again he was going to fix them(but he never did)He fixed one side later but then would not fix the other sideHe just blamed it on it is an old car The rust repair was of very poor qualityThe repainting of said areas had poor coverage and was very roughThey repaired rust damage around trunk top and managed to hack out a chunk of metal along the trunk rimIt is covered by the weather seal so they just left itWhen I asked if they would do something about it, they would notI guess they thought I would not see itLOLWhen the car was returned to me the first time it was FILTHY! There was grinded rust everywhere! They also attempted to repair rust underneath rear bumper with also poor resultsI have primer over spray all over my side skirtsThe bottoms of the fenders they painted with a paint brush and it looks horribleAgain I don t think they thought I would look under the bumperWhen I looked right in front of my face was a surface that clearly still had corrosion that they supposedly fixedWhen I showed them this he started trying to say that he had only said he would repair corrosion head on viewing the rear of the car not under itSounds crazy right? I asked him why if I paid for them to do that area they had notAgain he began answering in circlesQuite possibly the worst part though, was when I returned it to them the first timeAn hour after dropping it off to them, I received a call from them saying that my car had been hit in their parking lotWowThat is all I can saySo they hit my car and it needed a new bumper coverThe Anniversary paint is very specialI asked them if they knew that they could replicate it and they said they couldBasically they kept my car for over a month, and the job is horrible that they did againThey couldn t get the line of paint level, the pin stripes were off level, the paint is very bad, there are many spots where it looks like they tried to sand it but left crazy scrapes in the paintThey also tried to repair my front fender bottomsThey left primer on the edges where they didn t cover with the paintWhen I asked them to fix the fenders they told me a different story than what they gave me backThey said they were going to weld new metal and then make it look like new on one sideThe other they said they were going to grind it and fill with fiber glass to make it thickerNone of this was doneThey grinded the metal and then epoxyed a piece of metal onto the back of the fenderWOW! My car also has many new dents in my driver door as well as other places it did not before I gave it to themThe amount of money givin to this shop did not in any way reflect the work that was given back to meThis shop falsely represents it abilitiesIf you have a car that is important to you, then stay away from hereI gave my car back to them different time due to poor workmanshipAfter the third time of returning it, I knew they were incapable of doing auto body repair workThis place has no eye for detail, which makes no sense if you are trying to repair people s loved carsI would give stars if I couldEach time I returned the car to them, they kept saying we can t believe the things you notice Sounds like a great place huh? This place is a Revdex.com member and they do not deserve to be in any shape or form They also keep removing my reviews
