Review: On August 23, 2013 I brought my car to West Hill Automotive because it was stalling and idling very lowly. They told me that it was my Camshaft Position Sensor but I explained to them that I had already fixed the sensor earlier that day because that it was code came up for the check engine light. They told me that they would fix it anyways to make sure so a few days later I had to call them and they told me that the Sensor did not fix the problem and they were fixing other things that could be causing the problem. So, for about a month they had my car I continuously called them several times a day but I was only able to talk to the owner about a few times because he was so "busy". He continuously told me that the car wasn't fixed and that it should be done soon and that he would call me back, which he never did, so I continued to call everyday. About once a week he would tell me what he was doing and what didn't work in the car. On September 19, 2013 I called him and he told me there was nothing left he could do and I should come pick up the car. He charged me 1300$ for things he thought may be the problem but when I drove it it was worse than when I dropped it off. I brought it to the Mitsubishi Dealership the same day where within hours they told me the Camshaft Position Sensor was causing the problem. I explained to them everything West Hill did and they told me that about only two things that they fixed would have fixed my problem saying that the others things would have never fixed the problem. They also said nobody had changed the Sensor since the day that I did saying it was the same sensor I bought. On September 23 I got my car back running perfectly because they truly fixed the Sensor and did not just say they did like West Hill Automotive. Not only did West Hill charged me for things that would never had fixed my problem and held my car at their shop so they could charge me more money but they were very rude and never called me to tell me what was going on with my car.Desired Settlement: I believe that I should be refunding my money from West Hill Automotive because nothing that they "fixed" was causing the problem in my car. They charged me 1300$ and gave me my car back running worse than when I had brought it there claiming that there was nothing left that they could do.
