by this customerALL decisions in regards to this claim will be made by Subaru

any warranty claim madeIf the customer disagrees with any decision *** ** *** makes in regards to the claim, he must direct inquiries to themAgain,
we will do what ever we can to assist the customer within Subaru's guidelines
Just received a message for a request for more information; Proof of purchase. I thought this case was closed per the update below:repair the motor after much back and fourth over something that should not have required months of questions and having to talk to an attorney.
I would like to clarify some information. West Houston Subaru did not sell the car to the customer. We were the liason for him to [redacted] working to resolve his issues. Ultimately the car was repaired.

The business made this process a headache and for some reason keeps trying to bring irrelevant details as justification for denying a valid warranty break down. IT DOES NOT matter where the vehicle was purchased. This business is a Subaru dealership which not only sells Subaru vehicles but also repairs and maintains Subaru vehicles. My Subaru vehicle was under warranty and was initially denied coverage.
