Both the 12-15-reading and 1-17-readings were confirmed to be correct Customer said that this was record high usage, but after looking at the history for this location, we found that is not the case We sent a copy of the readings for the customer to look over

In November, the customer was under billed, making the December billing more than usual The customer was contacted on 2-06-and was satisfied with the explanation

The meter readings for 11-30-16, 12-30-16, and 1-30-were confirmed to be correct I called the phone number listed for the customer and did not get an answer The phone number listed did not accept voicemail I e-mailed the customer asking that they call me at their convenience
so that our Residential Energy Advisor could visit and help determine the reason increased KWH usage

Confirmed that 12-08-and 1-10-meter readings were correct Our Residential Energy Advisor visited customer Could not find a problem Did a call back to the customer to see if there was anything further that we could do

The meter reading on 1-06-17 was incorrect.  We corrected the reading and rebilled.  We also made Special Payment Arrangements for the bill.  I called the customer and left a message asking if there were further questions or concerns.

When [redacted] contacted our office, we confirmed that the meter reading on 1-11-17 was correct.  We also confirmed that the 12-08-17 meter reading was correct.  On 1-25-17, [redacted] our Residential Energy Advisor, visited the [redacted]  He found a possible heat pump...

problem.  The heat pump would not operate, only auxiliary heat came on.  Auxiliary heat uses more [redacted] than the heat pump.  [redacted] felt that this was the reason for the higher usage.

The customer and I emailed.  I offered, again, for our Residential Energy Advisor to visit and help her determine what makes up her total electric usage.  I think if she will allow that, it will help her to understand and make necessary adjustments to lower her usage.

I confirmed that meter reading is correct.  I called [redacted] to see if she would like for our Residential Energy Advisor to visit.  There was no answer, so I left a message for her to return the call.

[redacted]First of all no one contacted me and left no message, second I would not need a advisor that works for there company cause for sure they are already getting paid by west Ky recc to find anything they can to justify there rip off scheme of these new meters. I haven't made any new changes far as electric and I have gas heat, I've done the same as always so there's no reason for a bill boost of almost double. This company should be investigated and should have to refund millions of unhappy customers.
