Review: I didn't have a bad experience with the doctor here, but I will no longer take my pets to West Lane Pet Hospital because the office staff don't know how do do billing. They offer "Care Credit" which is the credit card company you can go with to pay for your vet bill if you don't have enough money for your pets emergency. The hospital wanted to open a new account for me. I thought this was OK, I just want to take care of my pets. They said I wouldn't pay interest if it was paid off within 6 mos.Before I received the 1st bill, I had to take my pets back, they looked up my account, this time putting my bill under a ANOTHER account.Two months later, I received 2 bills, under 2 accounts, that need to be paid 2 times a month.Also,opening the new account, and entering my items incorrectly is costing me 26% interest (not the "no interest" claim they made), for each item entered because they entered my bill incorrectly. I confronted them regarding the issue. The credit card company said this was easy to fix, the hospital needed to clear the first billing, add it to the 2nd bill and combine the items, which they are supposed to be trained to do.Janessa was on speaker with me present when this was explained by a Care Credit specialist. West Lane Hostpital knows they entered the items incorrectly, they know I shouldn't have 2 accounts, but they told me they will ONLY fix my account if I paid the $75 fee Care Credit would charge THEM for fixing their errors, otherwise they REFUSED. The office wouldn't help me, their accountant Joann was the one that wanted me to pay $75 on top of my bill for them to fix this! I tried to speak to the Manager, (Kumar) about how my account was handled and my grievance, I called each day and I am still waiting for him too call me back! I am now paying 26% interest on something that was supposed to be interest free if they had entered the bill correctly, and pay TWICE a month due to their incompetence. I shouldn't have to pay for their billing errors.Desired Settlement: I want them to fix my bill(they had 2 chances), so I am not paying 26% interest on each item, and combine my account into one like they should have done in the first place. I don't have a problem paying for services. They pay Care Credit for their service so they get paid right away, the $75 is a fee they agreed to pay CC for their service (as a Care Credit supervisor explained to me). They can't try to extort $75 from me for their mistakes. That is very poor business and unethical.
