Hello, [redacted] was under contract with us, the terms of which dictated that she was not due a full refund She took issue with these terms, and made this complaint with the Revdex.com Afterwards, she issued a dispute with her credit card company to obtain a refund We ended up on the phone with her and a dispute handler from her credit card company, during which the handler communicated to her that the credit card company would not refund her money (due to the clear contract terms) She eventually accepted this, and the dispute was determined to be satisfactorily resolved.We acted according to the terms of our contract, so we believe that there was simply some confusion on her end regarding our order-cancellation terms At this point everything has been explained and she’s accepted the outcome
