Review: It all started on June 2, 2016. It's now August 18, 2016. I took a small curio door in for glass replacement. Was assured they could do the job and would be completed in about 2 weeks. Gave them a deposit of $70.00 as requested. After many, many, many attempts to get the door back either fixed or not fixed I still have no door. First thing is their office phone number was disconnected. Then I stopped by and they weren't there during normal business hours. There was a note on the door with a cell phone number. Called the number many many times. Most times had to leave a message. Calls were NEVER returned. On the few occasions that someone did pick up, was told they would get back to me. Never did. One occasion, about 3 weeks ago now I was told that he was on his way to pick up my door and would call me back about 1:00 pm that day. NO call yet. Stopped many times. Last time I stopped was August 9th. Received a song and dance for all the reasons the door wasn't completed. Stated that I would stop on that Friday and expected to get the door (either fixed or not fixed). Tried to stop Friday. No one there. It's now August 18th and no door, no phone call. I'm hoping that with your assistance I can get my door back but I highly doubt it will do any good.Desired Settlement: I would like my curio door returned to me. Unfixed is great! Just want the door.

Review: I called this business repeatedly to have 2 broken windows in my house repaired. When I called the voicemail box is full and you can't leave a message. I finally got ahold of who I believe is the owner named Bernie. We set a date for him to meet me after work to measure the windows. He asked me to call him when I got home and he would come meet me. I called when I got home and he didn't answer after calling 3 times he answered and told me he was just getting back to his office and could he call me back in 10 minutes. I never heard from Bernie that night nor could I get ahold of him for 3 days after. So I called another company. On the following Saturday Bernie calls me and asks if he can come measure the windows and acts oblivious to the fact that he completely blew me off. I tell him I called another company and that if he got out there that day to measure the windows I would let him quote it. He comes within the hour measures the windows. tells me a price and that he can have them installed in a week. I tell him to move ahead and I cancelled the other company I called. Bernie calls me the following Tuesday and says he has one window done and he was going to get the other one done Wednesday and wanted my credit card for a 1/2 the amount for a deposit. I give it to him and we set a date for him to come out Saturday the 21st by 3:00 to install the windows. I disassemble my bed to allow him to get in to fix the window, 3:00 comes and goes and no Bernie, no phone call, not answering my repeated calls and voicemail is still full. I hear nothing so on Monday 11/23/15 I called Bernie and he tells me that he was admitted to the ER for his asthma. At this point I am upset. You do not do business this way. There is a repeated history of him not making appointments, and not answering calls. If his ER visit was the first instance I would not have a issue but it's not. He then tells me he still needed to finish the second window which he told me he was doing the previous Wednesday. I ask when he can get out to get them installed since my time and schedule do not mean anything to him. He asks me if he can call me back in a couple hours. I said yes 2 hours goes by no call, no answer to my calls, voicemail full. So at this point I am getting no where he knows I am upset he knows why and he continues to blow me off. This has gone on 3 weeks and he quoted me a week and took 1/2 of my money. I called my friend who referred me to them and he gave me the name of one of Bernie's employees who he deals with named Jason. I called Jason and told him my situation. Within minutes Bernie called me and said he could be out Friday 11/27/15. He did make this appointment and install the windows. I told him I don't think I should have to pay him the full amount given the hassle and experience I had to go through. Bernie acted completely dumbfounded by this and continued to deny hi missed appointment, phone calls and lack of customer service. After debating with him for 30 min I ended up paying the full amount. I strongly believe he is a crook and the public needs to know that they are getting ripped off.Desired Settlement: In my opinion it would be in good customer service for Bernie to refund a portion of the amount given his poor customer service. Although I don't think this will happen, but the Revdex.com needs to know that Bernie is not running a accountable business.

Review: Bernie C[redacted]f West Liberty Glass (owner) accepted $2900.00 as a down payment for a glass store front door in October and has since stopped all contact with us. We were in contact with him up until about 3 weeks ago, and since he has completely ingnored all texts and calls. When we were in contact he kept stalling and saying he would get back to us about when the door would be in and would never call back. His voicemails are both full (cell and office) so you can't leave a voicemail.Desired Settlement: We want the money back... or the job done within the next few weeks. I doubt the latter will happen so our money back that we trusted him with would probably be best.
