The sales person provided us with false information about the financing part of the windows.In order to sign the contract, he promised a 0% finance for 132 months, however in the contract he writes a 600 code instead of 0%. He didn't explained the code to us. We found out after the windows were installed that the code meant 9.9% every month until the windows were paid off. I called the sales person back and asked why did he write a code instead of 0%? he said he didn't know what Synchrony financial company charges. But he is aware of the code. Corporate office called me back and apologize but were not able to change the interest rate on the windows or offer any other financing deal for us.
