I cannot get ahold of anyone to get my husbands transcripts from this school.

Hello. I took this class years ago and received my diploma. Went through EMT school with it along with a few other college courses. When I went to take my state test for EMT I was told my diploma was fake and they don’t even know how I had the opportunity to do so. Same thing with my college courses at a small town campus. All these hours and years wasted in school with nothing to show for it and now have to redo everything and start back at step one. I need my transcripts and a new printed diploma so I can figure out a way to show them everything to show them I did complete the classes needed for the course with your school. Unfortunately my diploma and other things sent from your school was ruined in a flood in my home. Please help me. Email me at [email protected] you.

I paid for my son to attend this school in 2015, should have know that it not legit in the beginning with all the flags that being sent. But son wanted to attend and get what he thought was a high school diploma which turn out not to even worth the paper that it is printed on.You should be ashamed of yourself for taking innocent people money that is trying to better themselves by getting a high school diploma to attend college, get a better job and find out it is a FAKE as 6 leaf clover.

I was told by [redacted] that west madison falls is a SCAM school. My diploma that I received from that says it has credits but when I try to apply to college's they tell me that my diploma has NO Credits and that it is not even a real diploma,  the same thing [redacted] told me!!!!! They also told me that the diploma from the west madison falls is another reason why it is very difficult for me to get a job!. The reason why I waited 2 years Is because I JUST found out that this school was a SCAM.

I was accepted at avalon school of cosmetology as well as Arizona college.. nothing was ever said .. until a job had asked me if it was fake .. so I looked into it and found out it was but nothing was ever done...

I ordered my diploma package on February 15, 2016 which I am aware that is Presidents Day. It is now February 19, 2016 and I paid for priority 2 day shipping and I have yet to receive a tracking number or a package! This is really frustrating and if I don't recieve it soon West Madison Falls can just cancel it and refund me my money back this is ridiculous! I have called, left messages, emailed and still NOTHING!

Our school is an online high school, we clearly state that on our website as well.  If the entity you are using it for does not allow online high school there is really nothing we can do about it.  It is up to each entity to set their own requirements.  We do offer verification services and even send official copies of your transcripts for free if that would help we are happy to do so. The company is offering no resolution.  The school is expressing confusion over why I complained. The complaint I submitted explains EXACTLY why I complained.  The school's website listed an accrediting agency on one section, but says in another section that they are NOT accredited.  Which is it?  They are accredited, or they are not accredited.  They cannot be BOTH!  A diploma from a truly accredited school would be enough to get me into almost any college or university.  I have tried to apply to several colleges with this diploma, and none of the institutions that I applied to would accept it (which tells me it is most likely NOT ACCREDITED.)  Only a select few online colleges will accept applicants who have a diploma from West Madison Falls High School.It appears that the school is unaccredited, and therefore not accepted by the more reputable colleges and universities.  I am asking for either PROOF OF ACCREDITATION by the Dept. of Education, OR $249 returned to me in guaranteed funds (ie cashier's check or money order).
