Review: Once placing an order online, the account does not save to view past purchases nor does the company email a confirmation of the invoice. The order has not been received and there is no evidence of shipment. Have called and emailed the company: the lines are constantly busy during business hours and asks to leave a message; the email has not been responded to. I am afraid that the 'company' has just taken my credit card and billing address information for fraud. I regularly shop online and this is the first time I am having problems consistently contacting, logging into the company website user, or receiving ordered products at a prompt manner.Desired Settlement: If the company is fraud.
