Called West Michigan Lock and Key for help [redacted] was on a different call and not sure he could get to me I was able to work the key and lock on my RV until it finally opened up Later that evening [redacted] called me back when he was done with the job he was on - just to check and see if I had been able to solve my lock problemThen proceeded to give me some advice about lubricating the locks to prevent further problemsWhat a nice guy - never thought I would get a call at 8pm just asking if I was OK and whether I still needed helpI definitely would recommend him to anyone needing assistance with locks in the area of Grand Rapids
