In regards to the above mentioned complaint I have included a copy of WV ST 16-13A-9, which outlines the law as pertains to sanitary sewage serviceThe area in which this customers resides has had the availability of public sewage for some ten yearsUpon completion of all projects the District is required to send out a letter to all new customers informing them that service is available an connection should be completedIf you need any further information contact me at your convenience
