My car has been at this shop with the motor in pieces since late April The owner, Ralph, fails to respond to my texts, emails, phone calls, etc promptly, so that he can finish the work that he startedThis shop came with a good referral from a fellow S [redacted] enthusiast in [redacted] , AZ There have been a few hiccups along the way, but nothing that justifies it taking this long to finish my carI am deployed overseas in Afghanistan fighting the [redacted] , and I guess that has removed all urgency in taking care of my business and that it's ok to put my car off to the side until I get home in September and have no transportation Ralph has been disrespectful and condescending to my girlfriend who I left in charge on groundI have already paid the shop 95% ($6,800) of the total $7,bill, but only 15% of the work has been doneNo matter the reason, may it be family emergencies, natural disasters, terrorist bombings, etc., there is absolutely no reason an engine rebuild woul

I took my Celica GT Liftback to Westmotors and spoke directly with the owner *** *** about a custom motor swap
I paid over $4k to have this completed only to have my car returned incomplete, with missing parts, damage, and loose parts in a tub when the owner claimed he was going out of business due to poor performance of employees
*Incomplete work paid in full includes:
- No fabricated engine mounts
-incomplete engine harness loom and dash wiring
- Incomplete driveshaft installation
- Stolen Rear differential and interior parts
- Stolen Power steering gear box special ordered, never installed, never returned
Damages:
Car was left, windows open in rain storms and was returned with heavy rust damage to the floor pans and trunk pan

Great shop everyone is friendly and helpful. They tell you What really needs to be fix or replaced.
