Set up a pickup time for my car to be towed and they were an hour and a half late
I called this company on Friday 9/9/and setup a pickup time for my car to be towed from my house to the Hyundai DealershipThe pickup time was supposed to be 9/10/at 9:a.m.; however, when the time and date came there was no flatbed truck in siteSo I called the company, and after being bounced around between different people on the phone the woman told me that my pickup appointment time was at 1:45, which was much later than we had agreed on earlier the other dayThen the woman proceeded to tell me that she could have someone there by 9:or 10:at the latestI asked her would 10:a.mbe the latest because I had things that I needed to get done today and she told me 10:would be the latestAfter another hour and a half, now 10:30, I get a call from the driver saying he is down the roadFinally at 10:the driver shows up to pickup my carFor the amount this company charges then they should at the least be able to be on time when you schedule an appointment a day ahead of timeLikely will not return or advice anyone to use this business
