Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Company has had nearly three weeks to find the two shirts [redacted] did contact me after I filed this complaint I am still waiting to hear from them Sincerely, [redacted] [redacted]

This is the first I have heard about this complaint I will investigate the matter today and give Mr [redacted] a call to see if we can settle this matter

I personally spoke to this customer about her linen suit. When she got it back it was sized and too stiff for her. She was very upset and in tears. I spoke to her by phone and assured her we will everything we can to remedy the problem immediately,
since she wanted to wear it in two days. She said the jacket was now white and did not match the skirt. After speaking to my CSR's I found out that we had called her and told her that her linen jacket and pants were very yellowed and stained and the only way to try to get them out is to hand wash and use a little mild bleach at her risk and she said go ahead and try. (This bleach is a color safe bleach and I have never seen it remove any color.) She said she knew they were stained and go ahead and do the best you can. They came out great back to their original color. Which is white. She now claims the jacket didn't go with the jacket, the skirt did. Well we think the customer is mistaken. I told her we can see to it that her jacket is no longer stiff, we would remove any sizing and repress the jacket softly. I told her to leave the pants and the skirt at the store so I can check to see what matches. She refused to leave them. She did leave the jacket. So I re-cleaned the jacket and pressed it beautifully and soft just as she asked. I called her to tell her the next day,the jacket was back and looked great and I would deliver it to her. I also told her she still owed money for the rest of her cleaning, and I would not charge her for the suit. She then became very upset and started complaining about the color of the jacket and the skirt not matching. I suggested when I deliver the jacket to her I could also look at all three pieces together. She refused. She told me she would not let me see either the pants or the jacket. She then told me " you don't bother me anymore and I won't bother you and hung up. The jacket is still at the storeI would be happy to give her back the jacket. I do apologize for the misunderstanding and that her jacket was not as soft as she would have liked. I would like to see all the pieces together. Since she is so upset I would be willing to charge her for her other dry cleaning totaling $96. soft as she would have liked. I would like to see all the pieces together. I spoke to Mr*** and gave him a full credit for the two shirts The matter should be settled to his satisfaction
