I don't like having to write negative reviews, because I know how much they can impact a business, but after reaching out to the owner for an opportunity to redeem the service and product failures to no avail, it only seems fair to post one to give a bit of insight to potential future consumers I came here to look at bikes for a birthday gift, and wanting to avoid spending too much time shopping around, the sales rep and I were quick to reach a deal I was comfortable withAfter my first initial visit, I noticed a shift in responsiveness and demeanor from the sales rep, which nearly turned me to another dealer, but unfortunately I was reassured there was just a simple miscommunication and proceeding with my purchase would not be a regret (oops!)After purchasing the bike, I had it stored there so I could keep it a birthday surprise, and gave them a 3-day delivery timeframe to stay flexible When the delivery date arrived, I was given numerous days and times and all were missedFinally, after the delivery timeframe had already passed, they brought the bikeComing with saddle bags and a hard tail bag that they had touted as being "very expensive" and used that to help validate our final price, I was confused when it arrived without the largest tail bagAfter they tried to ignore the fact it was missing, dismiss it missing as a concern and finally make excuses for why it was missing, they eventually went back to look for it, causing me to go from being late, to completely missing an important appointment as it was delivered outside of the promised timeframeOver an hour later, he returned again sans tail bag and promised they would send the same one brand new with my Title...which I wasn't given with the bikeA week or so later, a tiny, cheap soft tail bag arrives, not even remotely similar to the one included in the purchase despite me reminding them with a photo of the original bagIn the meantime, while sitting in the garage without ever having being touched, parts of the plastic literally began falling off the bikeA quick call to Kawasaki later revealed when bikes are excessively displayed in direct sunlight, plastic can be compromised and "flake", especially near tension pointsMy messages regarding the tail bag and flaking plastic went unanswered, and the Title paper they had promised a month ago is still nowhere to be found, meaning the bike cannot be registered, diagnosed for repair, or sold I wish I had paid more attention to my first instinct and not done business with this companyThey seemed great until I gave them my money, I was especially impressed with their lack of high pressure sales tactics, but after paying, they no longer replied to questions or concernsBesides the shady business practices like missed deliveries, missing parts on the delivered product and ignoring messages, not sending the Title for a bike that was sold is a legal issue, and is beyond acceptable Learn from my mistake and save yourself the time, money and troubleI will absolutely not be coming back

A very positive experience with West Orlando Powersports on repair and service on my Honda VTI question the labor cost on an item and the Manager was responsive, reviewed the charge and reduced it to a more reasonable levelWas pleased that he was respectful and satisfied my concerns One suggestion is to do a more proactive role in keeping customers informed of the status of repairs time frame rather having the customer needing to call and checking on the process

Hi there, I had great service with Louie in the sales department, I wanted jetskis by the 4th of July and he made it happenI absolutely enjoy the seadoo Sparks that I purchased, and I wanna say thank you to nick in the finance for working with my payments

A very positive experience with West Orlando Powersports on repair and service on my 1996 Honda VT1100. I question the labor cost on an item and the Manager was responsive, reviewed the charge and reduced it to a more reasonable level. Was pleased that he was respectful and satisfied my concerns.

Hi there, I had great service with Louie in the sales department, I wanted jetskis by the 4th of July and he made it happen. I absolutely enjoy the 2016 seadoo Sparks that I purchased, and I wanna say thank you to nick in the finance for working with my payments

I don't like having to write negative reviews, because I know how much they can impact a business, but after reaching out to the owner for an opportunity to redeem the service and product failures to no avail, it only seems fair to post one to give a bit of insight to potential future consumers.

I came here to look at bikes for a birthday gift, and wanting to avoid spending too much time shopping around, the sales rep and I were quick to reach a deal I was comfortable with. After my first initial visit, I noticed a shift in responsiveness and demeanor from the sales rep, which nearly turned me to another dealer, but unfortunately I was reassured there was just a simple miscommunication and proceeding with my purchase would not be a regret (oops!). After purchasing the bike, I had it stored there so I could keep it a birthday surprise, and gave them a 3-day delivery timeframe to stay flexible.

When the delivery date arrived, I was given numerous days and times and all were missed. Finally, after the delivery timeframe had already passed, they brought the bike. Coming with saddle bags and a hard tail bag that they had touted as being "very expensive" and used that to help validate our final price, I was confused when it arrived without the largest tail bag. After they tried to ignore the fact it was missing, dismiss it missing as a concern and finally make excuses for why it was missing, they eventually went back to look for it, causing me to go from being late, to completely missing an important appointment as it was delivered outside of the promised timeframe. Over an hour later, he returned again sans tail bag and promised they would send the same one brand new with my Title...which I wasn't given with the bike. A week or so later, a tiny, cheap soft tail bag arrives, not even remotely similar to the one included in the purchase despite me reminding them with a photo of the original bag. In the meantime, while sitting in the garage without ever having being touched, parts of the plastic literally began falling off the bike. A quick call to Kawasaki later revealed when bikes are excessively displayed in direct sunlight, plastic can be compromised and "flake", especially near tension points. My messages regarding the tail bag and flaking plastic went unanswered, and the Title paper they had promised a month ago is still nowhere to be found, meaning the bike cannot be registered, diagnosed for repair, or sold.

I wish I had paid more attention to my first instinct and not done business with this company. They seemed great until I gave them my money, I was especially impressed with their lack of high pressure sales tactics, but after paying, they no longer replied to questions or concerns. Besides the shady business practices like missed deliveries, missing parts on the delivered product and ignoring messages, not sending the Title for a bike that was sold is a legal issue, and is beyond acceptable.

Learn from my mistake and save yourself the time, money and trouble. I will absolutely not be coming back.
