We have an answering service and somebody on call 24 hours A day. I don't know what number he's been calling .Our number has not changed in 21 years as of the parts warranty It comes from the manufacture not us. So he can us any air condition Company he wants

Company stated that they have an answering service and someone on call 24 hours a day. I called the correct # at least 6-8 times and left a message with my name/ ph # and a request for a call back, stating our heat pump wasn’t working and we needed service. I never once received a call back. The voicemail each time said “ Oakes Heating and Air”, so I know I did in fact call the correct number. My wife called same number from a different phone and was able to reach the Owner. He stated he had no record of my calls, but that any company could repair and parts would be under warranty from the manufacturer. I have since hired another company to fix the heat pumps. The technician stated it was one of the shoddiest install jobs he had ever seen and certain things were not to code. I would highly recommend not using Oakes Heating and Air for any service/job.
