Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] Company stated that they have an answering service and someone on call hours a dayI called the correct # at least 6-times and left a message with my name/ ph # and a request for a call back, stating our heat pump wasn’t working and we needed service I never once received a call back The voicemail each time said “ Oakes Heating and Air”, so I know I did in fact call the correct number My wife called same number from a different phone and was able to reach the OwnerHe stated he had no record of my calls, but that any company could repair and parts would be under warranty from the manufacturer I have since hired another company to fix the heat pumps The technician stated it was one of the shoddiest install jobs he had ever seen and certain things were not to code I would highly recommend not using Oakes Heating and Air for any service/job
