Review: On November *, 2015, I brought my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited for an oil change (mileage was 10,987). This past Sunday, the temperature gauge in my vehicle showed the engine was extremely hot. On Monday, I contacted Jeep because I believed it was a warranty issue. On the way to jeep, not only did the temperature gauge stop working altogether, I had no heat in the car and as soon as I pulled into the jeep dealership, I smelled something burning. Once jeep diagnosed my vehicle, it was determined that the last service person that worked on my car (West Park Avenue Mobil) FAILED TO REPLACE THE RADIATOR CAP. This caused the antifreeze in my car to completely leak out and could have caused SIGNIFICANT damage to myself and my vehicle. The mechanic that performed my oil change was negligent for failing to replace the radiator cap. I had to pay jeep $68.16 for antifreeze and labor. I would like this money to be refunded to me by West Park Avenue Service Center. By the way, I stopped into the service center last evening at 6pm. Anthony was not there. I called a few minutes later and left a message with the young lady that answered the phone that it was urgent that Anthony call me. I called back this morning and was told that I had to call back yet again tomorrow to reach Anthony. Unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like the business owner to reimburse me the $68.16 that I had to pay jeep.
